Overview
In this series of InterActivities, students will build proficiency in the use of adjectives, commands, past and present tenses, prepositions, conditional and future tenses, and the subjunctive mood. Interactive materials help students enhance reading, listening, and writing skills as they gain an understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures. Assessment materials let students monitor their progress.
Standards
Our Spanish materials map to state standards and to national standards and address the skills specified in both the Standards for Foreign Language Learning and the language-specific Standards for Learning Spanish.
Features
InterActivities are divided into three sections:
  |
An optional Preparación section enables students to determine which of three content levels is appropriate: beginning, intermediate, or advanced. |
  |
Información enables students to gather information from a text, audio, and visuals in order to answer comprehension questions. |
  |
Situación requires students to respond in writing to a particular situation based on the context of the first two sections. |
Students receive feedback on their responses. Audio materials are made by native speakers. Pedagogical support is level-appropriate. |
