Overview
Students view short movies on the people, issues, and events related to a key question in Modern European History. Using an online organizing tool, students read primary sources, save passages that support either side of the question, and develop their own analysis. The online tool then makes a printable chart of the student's comments and the primary-source passages he or she has saved. Using this chart for evidence, students take a position on the focus question and write an essay or prepare a class presentation.
Standards
Our Modern European History materials map to the National History Standards as set by the National Center for History in the Schools.
